Greetings, Friends!

Just a quick up-date, as I promised to make you among the very first to know when tickets were available for the holiday chamber opera, "The Christmas Gift". Well, they're available as of tomorrow morning!! You can pick yours up at White's Music Box or at the offices of Dona Ana Arts Council. Cash or check (sorry, no credit cards) - $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12. If you would prefer to receive them by mail, just send payment for tickets (designate which performance/s) plus a .50 handling fee (1230 Osage Court, LC, NM 88005) and I'll get them out to you by return mail. We anticipate 3 sold-out performances, and once the press release goes out and posters up, they'll probably go quickly!

In addition to ticket sales, we are soliciting ads for the program to help supplement income for projects in '07. If you or someone you know would be willing to purchase an ad, they are very reasonably priced and would be a tremendous help to our organization! Time is short, however, until the 11/29 deadline, so if you would contact me ASAP I can give you complete info. Hand-outs are also available which I will gladly get to you to share with your dentist, hair dresser, etc, if you are willing to help in that way!

Besides our excitement over "The Christmas Gift", we are off and running with some incredible ideas for 2007! Pulling them off will depend largely on the generosity of some financial supporters along with the helping hands of a group of volunteers. Can you bring your gifts and experiences to help in some way, large or small, to help with the success of these endeavors? The music is only part of the picture; people willing to help make the musical events happen play an invaluable role!
